You need a web site!

There is no doubt that in today’s marketplace, internet presence is required. Your current customers demand it. Potential customers now look to the web to find potential sources. Unless you are the local pizza joint that only has a two mile radius customer base, your customers are in another town, across the state, in a distant state, or in a foreign country. Your type of business requires you provide your current and potential customers with up-to-date information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That means the internet. After all, you are here aren't you? And if you are visiting this page, it means either you don't have a website, or yours is ineffective.

There is only one way to find, engage and service your customers - the internet. Advertising in trade journals is not as effective as it once was. The reader must remember where the journal is, what issue had your ad, and what page the ad was on. With internet presence, clients can access your site from anywhere in the world, at any time. Internet sites can contain much more information than you can place in an ad. Internet sites can be dynamic with sound and video. Orders can be placed directly, from the site, making additional sales convenient and secure. Plus internet sites can be updated at any time.

When new products are introduced, the internet is the best way to introduce them with flourish. Most of all, internet presence can be extremely cost effective. For the price of one ad for one month in a trade journal, you can have internet presence for a year! You have been thinking about internet access for some time now. Don’t delay.

• Customer must supply all graphics, logos and wording for pages. Customers must supply proof of authorization for copyrighted materials.
• Although Ruth Ellen Carey Communications offers web space, space rental is not a requirement for page development.

Price

Design and Development prices are based on a hourly rate of $75 per hour (US funds). An average page, like this one will probably run about 2 hours work. Animated GIFS, Image maps, etc., will take considerably more time.

Procedure

Email us to order your page development. Include the following:

1. Reason for page [That way we know how to best set the page up.]
2. Type of page
3. Whether you desire frames
4. Date page is needed
5. Your email address

If you are using graphics, attach them (it) as a .gif or .jpg file. Remember, you provide proof of copyrighted materials.

Once we receive your email, we will provide a quick sketch of what the site might look like. We will place the site in a special area, and email you so you can review the site, and make any necessary changes. The site will also show a log of time spent on the site, and ask for authorization to continue.

Once the site is complete, a bill will be sent via mail, with payment instructions. Payment is required before final files are released. Final release will be via email.
